What is a Massage?
There are many types of massage and each have a purpose, depending on what your needs are.
At Conquer Health Alliance, our massage therapists work with people to reset their bodies, rebuild dysfunctional movements with exercise prescription, and rethink beliefs around pain and movement.
We know pain is not simple and is often multidimensional. By changing how we move and think about pain we can start to make positive lasting changes.
Types of Massage we offer
Our massage therapist may use one type or a few types of massage to relieve your pain and discomfort. Below are some popular types of massage we offer.
